1 Initial Consultation
We start with a quick phone call to understand your business and its specific health and safety needs. This is an opportunity for us to discuss how we can help, regardless of the size of your business.
2 On-Site Visit
Our consultant will visit your workplace, anywhere in New Zealand, to conduct an initial assessment and discuss how we can tailor our system to your specific needs. This visit is at no charge and allows us to better understand your environment and challenges.
3 Tailored Proposal
Based on the initial assessment, we’ll provide a written proposal outlining the customised health and safety system we’ll set up for you. This includes your health and safety manual, hazard registers, and other essential documents.
4 System Setup
Once you approve the proposal, we’ll get to work. Your system will be fully customised and compliant with WorkSafe NZ requirements. We’ll walk you through how to use our online Health & Safety system and provide training on how to manage hazards, incident reporting, and toolbox meetings.
5 Ongoing Support and Maintenance
We don’t just hand over the system and walk away. Our consultants will schedule regular in-person visits to ensure your system evolves with your business and stays compliant with the latest regulations. Plus, we’re available 24/7 via our emergency helpline for urgent queries.
